RBI Repo Rate Decision: A Finance Perspective The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has maintained a status quo on the Repo Rate , keeping the key policy rate unchanged at 5.25% . The decision comes amid continued global uncertainty arising from the US-Iran standoff, crude oil price volatility, tariff threats from the USA , and other emerging global economic factors. For MBA Finance, PGDM Finance and management students , the RBI's decision provides an important insight into how central banks balance inflation, economic growth, global uncertainty and financial stability while framing monetary policy. The RBI has also maintained its monetary policy stance as Neutral .
